At Metahusk, we respect your privacy. As a nonprofit organization, we exist to serve the community, not to profit off of data. In plain language, this Privacy Policy explains how information is handled across the games we release, as well as our community forums, chat services, repositories, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”).


1. Data Through Games

We do not store, retain, or share your personal data when you play our games.

For multiplayer matchmaking in our games, we do momentarily use some personal data when you play the game but this data is not retained. We use the data for account authentication, when you launch the game, and for multiplayer when you host or join a multiplayer session. This data is provided by the third-party game platform you downloaded the game through, such as Epic Games or Steam. Any personal data processed in connection with their services is a part of the services of those providers. We do not retain or share any of the data they may collect. This includes using any of the data for marketing purposes. We aren't interested in your data. We exist to foster community game development projects, not to gather your information. Any information our games may use is solely for multiplayer matchmaking and account authentication and is not retained by us.

Our Services that retain any data are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). To the best of our knowledge, we do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.

To the extent we hold any information, we may disclose such information when required by law or in response to lawful requests from public authorities. We do not voluntarily provide user information and only disclose what we are legally obligated to disclose.
